Welcome to The Woman's Workout Company

It is the mission of The Woman's Workout Company (WWC) to be the best part of your day, every day! Since 1986, WWC has been the leader in women's fitness on Cape Cod, MA, and we are now the only club on Cape Cod that will reward you for your workouts! How? Just ask us about the 'More You Work out, The Less You Pay' membership--you'll only find it at WWC!

What You Should Know About The Woman's Workout Company (WWC)

We understand how difficult it is to commit to fitness as a lifestyle, especially when you don't even know if you will like the members and staff, or if you will run into unseen problems that you were unaware of initially, making you regret joining. That's why we offer a 14-day Try Before You Buy trial membership at no cost and no obligation where you can meet fellow members and staff while sampling our classes and programs.

Our staff and your fellow members will motivate you as you experience our group exercise classes and our rockin' group personal training programs, all of which contribute to the fun and energy permeating throughout the club! The intensity of our atmosphere can't help but get you moving, and keep you moving; you've gotta move it, girl!
