Statistics show that working out in a group increases success and results in women. While that used to mean step aerobics and spin classes exclusively, women have now stepped out of the cardio room and are training like athletes. It is our philosophy at The Woman's Workout Company to train every member in a functional athletic manner relative to their fitness level.
Our Training Program affords you the opportunity to be in front of one of our coaches, in a group environment without breaking the bank. Our product is results and our coaches approach every session with that mentality. In our Team, Boxing, Bootcamp, 30 Minute Express and 9 Rounds sessions you will workout like an athlete while playing with all the latest toys. You'll be slamming ropes, swinging kettlebells, and tossing med balls; all while getting the workout of your life. The music will be cranking and the energy will be off the charts.

WWC Cardio Metabolic Program Descriptions
These are personal training programs available to members with upgraded memberships. Additional fees apply.
30 Minute Express: When time is short and you need to get your heart racing and blood pumping, Join us for this 30 minute express session that is all the fun of Team in half the time!
9 Rounds: Join us for this awesome new workout combining 3 minute rounds of boxing and spin designed to melt fat, increase cardio and take your endurance to new heights.
Stretch & Recover: One of the most important aspects of any workout program is recovery. Join us for these 30 minute sessions to help in your recovery and keep you operating at peak performance when you train.
Team Training: Burn fat and build strength and flexibility in this 50 minute cardio-metabolic functional training class. Incorporating high intensity interval conditioning with total body strength work, our team training prepares the body for the demands of life and sport using the most current and innovative equipment and training
techniques. Functional training is proven to improve body control, core strength and balance while promoting lean muscle and weight loss. Shred pounds and burn fat using tools like the TRX, kettlebells, medicine balls and the
ultimate tool... your body!
Boxing*: It’s time to glove up and throw down for 50 minutes of high-intensity boxing mixed with strength and
conditioning. Scult both the upper and lower body through a variety of conditioning drills, jump rope, shadow
boxing and combinations on the bag. A creative mixture of both high-energy cardio and fat-melting muscular
endurance work, you will have a blast while you kick, punch, sweat and work your entire body!
*To be eligible for boxing, members must complete two mandatory small group sessions with a coach. Please sign up at front desk to schedule. WWC also offers an Intro to Boxing Package which included two sessions as well as your boxing gloves and wraps for only $139. Sessions are available separately if you have gloves and wraps, for $45/session.
NOTE: For your safety and the experience of our members, entry into any Team, Boxing, Small Group or Group Ex classes will not be permitted after the first five minutes of start of session.
